Sodir Tempest Countertop Convection Oven w/ Broiler

The Sodir Tempest Countertop Convection Oven w/ Brolier is a commercial-grade portable oven constructed of 100% stainless steel with heat-resistant plastic knobs and handles with tempered glass doors. These ovens feature a rear-mounted fan and armored heating element assembly, allowing for even heat distribution and fast temperature rise. The thermostatically controlled ovens reach 480 F in 8 to 12 minutes. The units are equipped with chrome-plated wire shelves and a bake tray. Four shelf or tray positions are available in each oven. Clearance of 4" at the sides and rear is recommended. Approved in accordance with UL and NSF standards.

Ideal as a second oven in a space-challenged kitchen. Commercial uses include coffee shops, convenience stores and office lunch rooms.
